Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a free return or exchange services. This return policy applicable for Online & Offline Shopping provided/ served by Exclusive Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • have tags still on and be returned in original packaging with original receipt.

Several types of items are non-returnable:

  • In the interests of hygiene: headphones and bluetooth headsets, earphones, personal care products, health and fitness products cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

We need a receipt or invoice as evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given:

  • Product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition due to no damage or missing parts
WARRANTY

All of our products come with a one-year limited product warranty. This warranty coverage is provided by the respective brand manufacturers and is subject to terms and conditions.

Kindly visit or send your purchased original set directly to the official brand’s service centre for warranty request purposes. If you have any questions about the coverage or terms of your warranty, please contact each respective brand manufacturer’s dedicated support team for further assistance.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1: To make a return request, please contact us at 012-5388333 or email at (support@exclusivemobile.my) or our official Facebook page inbox.

Step 2: Send a picture of the item that  you want to return to our whatsapp, email or Official Facebook Page inbox.

Step 3: Pack your product. Ensure that the product being returned does not have the seal broken and it is intact as delivered.

Step 4: Return it to (Exclusive Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd.65, Jalan Medan Ipoh 1A , Medan Ipoh Bestari, 31400 Ipoh Perak, Malaysia)

REFUNDS

When we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on whether we approve or deny your refund.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original mode of payment. If your refund request is rejected, we have the right to keep the return item as it is deemed unwanted and faulty from your end.
