Shipping and Delivery

Shipping / delivery is every working day from Monday to Saturday except Public Holiday in Malaysia.

We’ll try to courier the item on the same day (cut-off time 12PM) after the payment has been made.

Exclusive Telecommunication can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address. We are unable to ship to any international address at this moment.

Exclusive Telecommunication charges RM0 (West Malaysia) and RM5 (East Malaysia) shipping & handling fees.

We use Poslaju, GDex and J&T for delivery. Item delivery may take 1-3 working days.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.

During peak sales / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

It is advised to place your order 1 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.

Trade In Service

It’s never the right time for an upgrade, the right time is now! You may be eligible for an upgrade with a lower pricing on a brand new smartphone. If you bring in your old smartphone you could get trade-in rebates upon getting a new one.

Step 1: Kindly read through the terms & conditions

To be eligible for the Trade-in program, the customer acknowledges that their device must meet the following criteria.

Devices must be able to function properly, power ON and OFF, able to properly charge, IMEI still readable and can be used with all Malaysia Telco SIM Cards.

Devices must have Wi-Fi connectivity (applicable to iOS & Android), able to call IN and OUT and properly factory reset.

Display screen is functional, free from crack, damage pixels, no shadow, no discolor and no water damage.

In-built casing and cover no major damage, no crack, no missing buttons and ensuring all buttons are functioning properly.

Device must not be a clone set iCloud, Find my Phone (applicable to iOS), and the phone lockscreen must be disabled.

Make sure devices with fingerprint features are in proper working condition.

Trade-in value is solely determined by Exclusive Telecommunication  and may differ depending on the condition of your phone.

Exclusive Telecommunication reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
